Karen Johnson, LGPC is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who’s worked with children ages 3 and up, adults, and adolescents providing Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and other modalities to engage clients in intensive therapeutic services. My education compilation consists of the Graduate Program – Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University; a Certificate in Applied Behavioral and Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Maryland University College, Maryland. I’ve also received training in trauma-focused CBT, Advance trauma treatment for Children and Adolescent (CATP), and play therapy interventions.
