As a mental health counselor, I believe that everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. My passion is to help young people, adolescents, and adults manage anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress. I will use the following modalities during our sessions to include mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Stress Management, active listening, empathy, and supportive care. I believe all clients have the right to foster their autonomy in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My motto is, "Therapy will work if you work therapy." We will work together to help you rediscover the new and stronger version of yourself. The populations I serve are males, females, couples, youth, adolescents, teens, adults, and the LGBTQ community.
